By placing garments(*) or anything else in one of our(*) lockers, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Minimum Job Size

Wash/Dry/Fold job minimum is 5kg - that is: if your job is less than 5kg you will be charged for 5kg.

No minimum job size for dry cleaning or ironing.

Non-payment

Jobs that have not been paid for within 30 days of the original pick up date will be considered by us to be abandoned and will be donated to charity.

Unclaimed Garments

Once you are notified by us that a job has been returned to a locker, you must remove all garments from the locker within 24 hours of notification.

Garments not claimed within 24 hours of notification may be removed from the locker by us and the lock PIN may be changed.

Customers have up to 30 days from the original pick up date to claim their garments. Any garments not claimed within 30 days of the original pick up date will be considered by us to be abandoned and will be donated to charity.

Damaged Garments

We follow the standards and policies set forth by the Fabricare Industry and the International Fabricare Institute.

We exercise the utmost care in cleaning and processing garments and use such processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and conditions of each individual garment.

We cannot, however, be held responsible for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials which may result in tears or development of small holes in fabric that are not readily apparent prior to processing.

We also cannot be held responsible for colour loss, colour bleeding, shrinkage, damage to weak and tender fabrics or damage to ancillary items such as belts, buttons, beads, ties and zipper pulls.

Our liability with respect to any damaged garments will be in accordance with the International Fabricare Fair Claims Guide and shall not exceed ten (10) times our charge for cleaning that garment regardless of brand or condition.

Any damaged garments must be reported via email to customer@my24-7laundry.com and returned to us for inspection within 5 business days.

Lost Garments

Any lost garments must be reported via email to customer@my24-7laundry.com within 5 business days.

We make all best reasonable efforts to track every garment that we process and will review all lost garment claims on a case by case basis.

Any garments determined to have been lost by us will be reimbursed in accordance with the International Fabricare Fair Claims Guide and shall not exceed ten (10) times our charge for cleaning that garment regardless of brand or condition.

Garments will be considered lost 30 days after the initial claim is received.

When leaving garments in lockers, please ensure that your locker has been correctly locked. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to properly lock a locker.

When using our concierge service, we cannot be held responsible for your garments before they are picked up or after they are dropped off by us. It is your responsibility to ensure the safety of your garments during these times.

Loose Items On/In Garments

Although we make all best reasonable efforts to track such items, we cannot be held responsible for loose items such as jewellery, watches, cash, detachable buttons, cufflinks, belts, broaches, strings, laces, hoods or other loose items left on or in garments, hangers, etc.

We request that customers remove such items and ensure all pockets are empty prior to leaving garments in one of our lockers.

We cannot be held responsible for damage to your garments from items left on them.

We cannot be held responsible for damage to your garments from items left in pockets (lipstick, gum, pens, etc.).

Other Property

Any non-garment property that is placed in one of our lockers that appears to have value will be removed and stored by us for 30 days.

If such property is unclaimed after 30 days it will be considered by us to be abandoned and it will be donated to charity.

Turnaround Time

Service days and turnaround time vary by location.

We make all best reasonable efforts to adhere to our service schedule, however, we do not guarantee turnaround times and cannot be held responsible for any damages that may occur due to a delay in service.

A "garment" is anything that can be washed, dry cleaned and/or ironed.

"Our", "us", "we" means my 24-7 laundry (ABN: 53 522 350 935)
